Global Talent Resource (GTR) is hiring a Senior Sales Executive / Key Account Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment Vehicles) for our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales leaders with strong industry knowledge in mobile cranes, crawler cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, towing tractors, and other heavy machinery.


🚜 About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive / Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving rental sales of heavy equipment vehicles across Saudi Arabia. This role requires a mix of business development, account management, and technical knowledge of construction and industrial machinery.

You will be working closely with major clients in construction, logistics, oil & gas, and port operations, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.


βœ… Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the heavy equipment rental sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, logistics, and industrial sectors.

  • Provide tailored solutions for client requirements, including cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and terminal tractors.

  • Negotiate contracts and close rental agreements with favorable terms.

  • Maintain market knowledge of competitors, pricing trends, and equipment innovations.

  • Prepare reports and present updates to management on sales pipeline and account performance.


🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales within the heavy equipment rental industry.

  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, including:

    • Mobile Cranes & Crawler Cranes

    • Forklifts & Reach Stackers

    • Towing Tractors & Terminal Tractors

    • Ride-On Sweepers & HD Sweepers

    • Skid Loaders, Dump Trucks, Wheel Loaders, Boom Trucks

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and accounts simultaneously.

  • Strong network in construction, oil & gas, logistics, and related industries (preferred).
