We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, management reporting, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial best practices.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support senior management in decision-making with data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certifications: CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in financial control, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
