HSE Officer – UAE

Excellent opportunity for experienced HSE Officers to join leading construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects in the UAE. We are seeking qualified Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals with strong expertise in workplace safety, risk assessment, hazard identification, safety compliance, and environmental health and safety (EHS) management systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting site safety inspections, implementing HSE policies and procedures, identifying workplace hazards, performing risk assessments, investigating incidents and near misses, maintaining safety compliance documentation, and ensuring adherence to UAE HSE regulations, ISO 45001 standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily site activities, delivering safety training and toolbox talks, promoting a strong safety culture, supporting emergency response planning, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements across construction and industrial environments.

Candidates with NEBOSH certification, excellent reporting and communication skills, and proven experience in construction safety, industrial safety, environmental compliance, incident investigation, and risk management will be highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
• 3–5 Years of Relevant UAE Experience
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and ISO 45001
• Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, safety audits, and incident investigation
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and compliance standards
